Hi,

I just started using the software and so far, so good. However, I'm having trouble with the invoice styles.

First, I think it's odd that I'm limited to 2 specific logo sizes, but I worked around that. But when I print an invoice, the fields 'account no.' 'date' & 'transaction no.' , which are connected in one horizontal row, always overlap the logo, which I set up as the 'large' size so that I could include all my contact info within the logo.

I tried changing the Sales Invoice form selection to several different types and they all look alike and have the same result. Just to clarify, I've been using a 'test' customer over and over again, each time generating a new invoice.....they are always the same.

So is there documentation showing the different form layouts and how to make adjustments?

Otherwise, I'm liking the software.....better than QB, so far.

For invoices, there are five different types of invoice forms (the first five form types when you click on Setup ... Forms ... Sales Invoices ... Workstation Setup). Each features similar areas where common data would be found, such as the transaction number, the date, etc. But each present in a slightly different manner which should allow anyone, regardless of large, small, or no logo, to utilize at least one of the invoice forms available.

Thanks for the reply...

However, it would be nice to be able to actually view what these invoice styles actually look like and behave without being forced to use each one and then print it....

I'm not sure why certain styles ended up with overlaps...
